    We believe in keeping caloric intake as high as possible for each individual. This helps to maintain proper metabolism.
  • What’s your philosophy on cardio/training?
    We aim for the least amount of cardio and use our intense strength training routines to help each client lose body fat in an efficient manner.
  • How long have you been coaching?
    Over 30 years.
  • What are your thoughts on supplements?
    We do employ the use of supplements that we feel are best for each client in order to assist them with reaching their goals.
  • How often are workouts changed?
    Workouts are changed in accordance with progress or if the client communicates they want a change.
  • How do I cancel?
    All cancelations must be made two weeks in advance.
