Personal fitness plans: These are personal training programs that include bodyfat assessment and nutritional counseling. Designed for any person at any age and any level.

Doctor recommended* weight loss programs: Include personal training sessions in our private studio, weekly bodyfat and weight assessments and more in-depth nutritional counseling.*many area physicians send there patients to Lean Physique when they need to lose weight.

Competitive sports and bodybuilding training: We offer complete training and nutrition plans for any sport including bodybuilding. Come and see why the pros, such as former WNBA basketball star Kara Wolters, train with Lean Physique! Lean Physique has also prepared numerous natural bodybuilders for competition with many competing for national level titles in such orginizations as ANBC,OCB,NPC,NABBA. Posing routine choreography along with pre judging posing preparation are also offered.
