Directions to Lean Physique from Interstate 84:
If traveling eastbound take exit 62, proceed to end of exit and go left onto Buckland Street. Follow Buckland Street into South Windsor (2 miles) to large four way intersection (white church and CVS). At this intersection turn right onto Oakland Road (Rte 30). We are located in Wentworth Park about one mile on the right. If traveling west bound, take exit 62 bearing right to end of exit. At end of exit turn right and then next light turn left and follow directions above.
