Congratulations go out to two Lean Physique clients, Jerry Marsela and Manny Sbona who, on September 27 competed in the OCB "Maine Event" natural bodybuilding contest and represented well.Jerry WON the Novice Tall class and finished 3rd in the masters and 2nd in the Open Tall class.Manny meanwhile in only his second show WON the novice short class,and went on to place 2nd in the Masters and 3rd in the Open Short class.Way to go guys..see you at the OCB Cape Cod!
Congratulations to Lean Physique client,Manny Sbona,who at age 45 competed in HIS FIRST NAURAL BODYBUILDING CONTEST.The OCB Natural Northern Atlantic States on September 13th 2008,placing third in the "101" class,5th in the over 40 class and 3rd in the open mens short class. All of theses classes had more than 7 competitiors per class.Way to go Manny,we are very proud of you!!

Congratulations to Lean Physique client ,Keri Watrous for winning her class (Figure "A") in the 2008 NPC Rhode Island Bodybuilding and figure contest(4/19/08).This was only her second show.Her first show was the NPC metropolitan earlier this month where she place 4th in a very large and competitive class.We see big things ahead for this hard charging athlete,keep training hard and GO,KERI,GO!

Congratulations go out the the GNH Warriors Pee-Wee "B" youth hockey team for their recent(March 16th) 2nd place finish in the CHC State Youth Hockey Tournament. Farrah Hussey recently competed in her first triathalon finishing in a time of 1hour and 30 minutes and placing 148th out of 350 competitiors.
